The immune system produces harmful autoantibodies in most MG patients. Blood tests can easily detect these specific antibodies to quickly confirm the diagnosis.
However, some individuals lack these detectable antibodies in their blood. Doctors classify these unique cases as seronegative MG. These patients still have Myasthenia Gravis but require further clinical evaluation and specialized neurological testing.
